Information and access provided through API Drama are supplied as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. API Drama does not guarantee that the Service will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted, or free of undesirable access.

Relationship with Third-Party Platforms

API Drama is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any streaming platform reachable through this Service, including but not limited to DramaBox, ReelShort, ShortMax, FlexTV, GoodShort, Kalos TV, IDrama, and others.

All platform names, trademarks, drama titles, logos, and other assets are the property of their respective owners. Their appearance here is descriptive and does not imply endorsement.

Service Availability

The availability of endpoints, platforms, and languages follows the state of the third-party streaming platforms:

• Platforms may change, update, or discontinue their services at any time without notice to us.
• Endpoints and parameters on source platforms can change at any time, forcing us to adjust or temporarily disable a platform.
• Language coverage and catalogue size change over time. Not every language is available for every title.
• We cannot guarantee that any endpoint or platform will keep working indefinitely.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, API Drama is not liable for:

• Any direct or indirect loss arising from your use of the Service.
• Inability to obtain or play a stream because of a source platform policy change.
• Data loss or service disruption outside our control.
• Your own actions that breach the terms of the third-party streaming platforms.

Accuracy of Information

We try to keep the platform list, language information, quotas, and endpoint status shown in the documentation accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all of it is always correct, complete, or current. Platform lists, quota limits, and proxy configuration may change at any time.

Acceptable Use

The Service may not be used to:

• Watch content in jurisdictions where doing so is unlawful or breaches a source platform's terms.
• Use a proxy, VPN, or anonymising network to hide your identity, bypass quota limits, or share a quota with other people.
• Fake requests: forged signatures, replaying recorded requests, faked device headers, or using someone else's API Key.
• Exceed per-minute request limits, ignore delays between requests, or send requests in parallel to work around rate limits.
• Crawl, scrape, or bulk-harvest content, including pulling an entire drama episode by episode.
• Use many IP addresses or many devices to drain a single quota.
• Sell, sublet, or hand over API Key access to other users.
• Build a reseller, gateway, mirror, or API wrapper on top of this Service without written permission.

All of these restrictions, and the figures behind them, are set out in detail in the Terms of Service under Prohibited Use and Anti-Abuse. The request limits currently in force are listed under Rate Limiting in the documentation.
